Ordering
Orders can be taken with the knowledge that your details are safe, (all personal details are taken via a secure server and will not be divulged to a third party. Upon receipt of your order we will notify you of your order details including a reference number by email (ensure email address is given correctly)). We will then contact the expedition and confirm that the paintings are still available and arrange for shipping. Due to the fact that paintings are original there is only one of them so we can not guarantee all items will be available.
Please check painting details carefully (framed, image, size) so you get no surprises when you receive your painting.
No paintings will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.
All payments MUST be made in Euro's

Copyright
The copyright for all paintings remains with the artist, remember you are buying the original. NOT the right to produce prints for publication.

Delivery
Delivery and insurance costs are included in the price for delivery to the Netherlands (mainland). A surcharge applies for deliveries elsewhere (also included in price)
We will do our best to ensure paintings are delivered to your door within 10 working days from receiving your order, but please allow up to 28 days in the event of unforeseen problems and for deliveries outside EEC. Please note that if you order more than one item they may be delivered separately. All paintings are fully insured for damage whilst in transit and must be signed for in person otherwise the delivery service will not leave the painting.

Refunds
We are sure you will be delighted with your painting. If however, when you receive it you are not completely satisfied we will refund you in full as long as the painting is returned to us in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that this should happen please contact us within 7 days of receiving the painting and we can arrange for the painting to be returned. Please follow these instructions to ensure the painting is returned to us for a full refund
