It is also possible to have your batik framed by us. Below, you will find the complete instruction manual of how to assemble a frame yourself. This frame is made of a different construction as from an oil painting because the canvas needs a lower tension.

	Needed materials: cardboard 2 mm hard pinewood 25 x 10 mm Measure precisely 5 cm from the size of the cloth for the folding. Saw the pieces of wood endings in a 45 degree angle. Staple the corners until you end up with a frame. preferably with a tacker.
	Using a box cutter, cut the cardboard by placing the frame on top. put the batik upside down on an even surface, center the cardboard, and add the frame on top.
	Fold the batik in a cross wise fashion on the center of the wood piece. End up folding the corner sides.
	Staple with an average tension smoothing away all creases.
	The result looks like this. The cardboard doesn't need to be stapled or glued.
